Casa Mateu is a traditional and self-sufficient livestock farm. The flock graze every day on the fodder and cereals that we sow in our fields in Toralla and this way we get lamb of excellent quality.
We make visits to our farm, always arranged in advance.
Visiting hours Saturday, Sunday and public holidays all year round.
Daily visits from June to September.
Visits will usually be in the afternoon. Maximum 15 people.
You will spend an afternoon with the flock of little sheep and their shepherd in the pastures of Toralla. You will learn the trade of a shepherd, how to guide the sled dog to whistle the sheep and how to use the shepherd’s hook.
Now we serve directly to your home the best lamb meat from the Pyrenees, and occasionally we also have goat. We offer you a local product at a fair price throughout the year. No intermediaries.
