Our high-altitude vineyard project has been a pioneer both in interpreting the freshness of mountain wines and in the elaboration in 12th century stone vats.
We convey our landscape in the wines we make, we look for more reflective, subtle, non-explosive and low-alcohol wines that last over time.
We open our doors so you can get to know the winery and our vineyards. You can also visit the hermitage and the grape fermentation trullos that the Hospitaller monks carved into the stone in the 12th century. You will enjoy exceptional views and you will also be able to taste the fruit of our vineyards.
